The client was manually validating and filtering over 100k+ B2B leads through Excel sheets, a process plagued by disk I/O bottlenecks and frequent application crashes due to massive data volume.
The VBA RAM-Based Engine
We designed a high-throughput VBA automation engine that loads entire tables into memory (RAM arrays) to bypass Excel's disk write operations. It processes records using native WinAPI functions for lightning-fast memory access.
